COVID-19 statement

Publication Date:

As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak we have invoked relevant aspects of our business-continuity planning for epidemic risk.

The following decisions have been implemented for all Longevitas Services:

  • All non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.
  • All face-to-face meetings have been suspended until further notice.
  • All meetings will be conducted by web conference and telephone.
  • Staff are working from separate, non-public offices over a secure VPN.
  • Key administrative and business-continuity functions are shadowed across at least two individuals.
  • The COVID-19 arrangements of our hosting partner incorporate separated working alongside limitations on in-person meetings and travelling. The directors are satisfied that the steps taken are appropriate.
  • Our infrastructure operates from a high-availability data center, and is designed to run autonomously for long periods with minimal human intervention.
